Rates and Shipping Costs
The fees for our service are split into three sections:
Membership Fees
Setup Fee (one time charge) - £10
Annual Subscription - £60 (thats £5 per month!)
or
Monthly Subscription - £12
Packaging and Handling Charges
Documents - FREE Packaging and Handling (Letters, Magazines, Catalogues etc)
Merchandise Consolidation - FREE for first two parcels, then £2 per additional parcel.*
Parcel Storage - FREE for first 14 days, then £3 per box per week. **
Document Scanning - £0.50 per sheet of paper (maximum size A4 paper)
Preparation of Commercial Invoice (if required) - £5
Shipping Charges
We now have an even wider range of shipping options for our customers:
Shipping Charges for UK Customers
For shipments sent to other UK addresses, the shipping cost is £2.00 for the first 100 grammes, and £0.50 per additional 50g thereafter or part thereof, up to a maximum of £12.50 for a 20kg package. This services uses a combination of Royal Mail (1st Class) and courier delivery.
Shipping for the Rest of the World
Airmail
Airmail
delivery is available to almost every country worldwide which uses the
postal service. Our rates for airmail delivery are £2.00
for the first 50g, and £0.75 per additional 50g
or part thereof. The maximum weight of an airmail shipment is 2kg.
Express
Courier
Our Express Courier service is our fastest mainstream delivery network,
delivering from the next working day. This service uses a combination
of local agents, Fedex, DHL and occasionally UPS.

Economy
Courier
Our Economy Courier service is similar to our Express service, but transit
time is typically 1-2 days more.

Important: The Economy Courier service is sometimes more expensive than the Express service! Please remember to compare BOTH rates before calculating your shipping cost.
European
Road
Our European Road service is our low cost road delivery service for
European countries, delivering from two working days to Western Europe.
USA
Airport to Ground
This is an additional service available to our customers in the United
States. Rates are lower than our Express and Economy courier service.
Typical transit time is 2-5 working days via Fedex.

Airfreight
to Door
For heavyweight shipments (over 50kg) our air freight service provides
excellent value and speed. Please emailus for a quote.
Airfreight
to Airport
For customers living in close proximity to international airports, our
Airfreight to Airport service sends your goods to your local airport
for collection. As a large part of the costs involve the delivery of
goods, you can save money by picking goods up personally.
Ocean
Freight
For non-urgent shipments over 100kgs, email us for an ocean freight
quote. We can dispatch goods to major ports in North America, the Middle
East, South Africa, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
* Additional
charges may apply for hard to pack items, such as large, heavy or fragile
goods.
** Additional storage charges may apply for large or heavy goods. Storage
may also be charged on large amounts of mail.
All prices include VAT where applicable except our Express Courier and Economy Courier tariffs. EU destinations served by these services will have VAT added to the price.
