Documents - FREE Packaging and Handling (Letters, Magazines, Catalogues etc)

Merchandise Consolidation - FREE for first two parcels, then £2 per additional parcel.

Mail Storage - FREE for first 14 days, then £1.50 per 200 grammes per week.***

Document Scanning - £0.50 per sheet of paper

Goods in Transit Insurance: £20 for Documents, £150 for Merchandise. Additional insurance available at cost.

Customs Declaration/Invoice: £4 if required.

Standard (4-7 Day Delivery)

Available for Parcels and Documents. Maximum Weight Limit 2kg.

Up to 100g: £2.00

Each Additional 50g: Add £0.75

Express (2-4 Day Delivery*)

Available for Parcels and Documents.

Maximum Weight Limit 30kg for a single item. No maximum weight limit for a consignment.

First 500g: £27.00

Each Additional 500g, up to 3kg: Add £2.50

Each Additional 500g, over 3kg: Add £2.00

Each Additional 500g, over 30kg: Add £1.75

Please note that for some services, weight is calculated based on either the actual weight, or the volumetric weight (whichever is heavier).

If items that require forwarding are over the service's weight limit, we will send your items as multiple consignments whenever we can.

These rates apply to mail that is not larger than 1.05 metres in length, or a combined length and girth of 2m. If a package received by us is larger than this, additional charges may be incurred.

*In some remote locations, delivery may take up to 7 days.
