Credit/Debit Card
Enter the amount you wish to top up your account with (in Pounds Sterling) and click "Proceed To Payment Page" to proceed to our secure server.
We will match the email address provided on the payment with our database of customer email addresses. It is therefore important you use the same email address that we use to contact you. If a different email address is used, please email us as soon as the payment is made to notify which account the payment is for.
The minimum Top Up amount is £10.
Postal Payments
For UK customers, we can accept cheques made payable to My UK Mail Ltd sent to the office address on the Contact Us page. Please write your account number on the reverse of your cheque.
Important: Please ensure the cheque is sent to ourselves and not to your mailing address.
We can accept cheques in other currencies. Please contact us in advance if you wish to pay via this method.
Bank/Wire Transfer
We can accept payment via bank/wire transfer to our UK bank account; please contact us for our bank account details.
Telephone
If you do not have internet access, we can take your credit/debit card over the telephone.
